A rare ladies vintage Rolex watch, an exquisite and rare watch to add to anyones personal collection. The Eatons 1/4 Century Ladies wristwatch, by Rolex, is a much rarer find than the Mens models as Women were offered a choice of items as a presentation gift and many chose a Diamond ring as their reward. The ladies model was an adaptation of an uncommon scrolled lugs design Ref 4554, used by Rolex as a Ladies Cocktail model. The original Rolex case, which is made in solid 14-karat gold and the restored Rolex Eatons dial are in excellent condition. The Rolex 17 jewel superbalance movement keeps excellent time and the watch is supplied on a brand new vintage cord watchstrap. The case measures 17.5mm wide by 37mm long.
